and I need help and support in its restoration,

Your SR1 is ok. I think it is the false saddle. Is the engine ok?
Where did you buy your SR1?

Do you know anything to the history of this bike? It was an import from germany?

I have the bike for 30 years.
now i want to restorat the bike.

The Piston and the Rings i fixed already few years ago,
and i have a problem with the carboretor (1)
The length of the pin is correct (2)?
what can i do with the base of the pin?

It looks on (2) like the holder for the float gauge is broken. Can you take another foto of the carburettor, where we can see the holder for float gauge better?
The length of the pin looks like if it was correct.

The moped is still in good condition and original.
Also, the saddle should be original, not just the ceiling.
Can you please look at the carburetor look what number it is 121-01?
You have an export run from SR1. That you recognize the alu wheels
It should be Built in 1956. Your rearlight is missing, or did you have it?
How comes the moped to Israel?

Sorry my last English lesson is 5 years ago.

Ori, I think, your problem ist easy. On your photo is not showed the end of part 2. The "Hauptdüse", The "major-jet is lost!!!

We have it!!

But bevor you must cleaning the complete Parts correctly! It is urgend!!

I think, we all can help the old SR1 hit the steets of Jerusalem

First everybody my English not from oxford as well
I believe that the bike arrived to Israel by immigrant who arrived to Israel from Poland
I take it from my father in law 30 years ago and kept it all this years in a warehouse
Few years ago I try to deal with the reconstruction of it I fix the motor that was stack replace the rings doing same rounds in the neighborhood but nothing more.
This week I search for the internet upon it and was amazing abut what I found.
Even now I'm in shock for the big interesting with this bike and what's your forum represent. I believe that I have many question to ask in this esteemed forum
But one of them that dig in my mind is how I will do the orange marks on the brawn paint?

Ori, in the forum wie have at the top a machine called in german "suche" The taggs are "Linierung....Linien" I´m shure, you can find anything. If you have questions about....Do it everytime
