But driving with such small wheels is not easy.... i once had a DiBlasi foldable scooter (which is street legal!) which had even bigger tires, but it was a pain in the ass to drive it because the wheels were so small that they bumped in every small hole...

I know, my minibike looks quite stupid with those small wheels Honestly, i did with parts what i had already or get it for free. Engine and wheels are those parts. Im comfortable how it rides over small bumps, but when front wheel is losing weight, feels it likes to start wobbling little bit.
I ordered cheap universal steering damper from ebay, lets see if it helps wiht steering.

Im not sure if i should give it to kids really. I tried to chooce sprokets for low top speed and it still goes +40km/h. Engine is 3,5hp 148cc lawnmover engine, so its got lot of torque for fast acceleration.
