You make the connection between the Simson brothers story (Simson mean to very strong man and hero from the bible) to Israel and this is what interesting me.

myth be that it not interesting everyone, but I’m one of those that need to be certain.
So the questions how hundreds of SR came to Israel still open.
I made dozens of phone calls today and get visa versa stories so I promise to continue to find answers.

Hello to everybody
After a long investigation the Simson moped arrived to Israel from East Europe by Jewish immigrant mostly from Poland, because they came with a "lift" (a wood container) it seems
That they consider selling it in the new home land may be that they can't change Polish money (something likes that).
Second thing I found 4 electric wire for the switch while need 3 by the "Schaltplan" if there any idea way

you`ve gotten my last mail?

Your "Rahmen-Nr." was produced in June of Year 56.
You need only 3 lines in kabel for switch. The fourth is left. ignore this.

I think, the DDR or GDR has never export anything to israel in this time. It was not good realtionship between GDR and israel. GDR was seconding the palästinien people.

By the way is your account about the way of SR from polish understandable. Poland was a big export land for GDR.

This is an early model of NSU Quickly. The Quikly was built in any versions over the years. Later than also for two people and with Kickstarter. The Quickly was in westgermany much rife.

I mean if you think it easy to find the N model it looks beautiful to me.
You know when I was young my father use to drive for years a Zündapp car with 2 doors from the front and from behind the seats for the passenger where like in a train And the engine between it was a 2 stroke engine. I need to look for the photos.

Hello Ori,

this seems to be a Zündapp "Janus". Drivers and Passengers are sitting back to back. Very funny car but nowadays rather seldom to find even on oldtimer-meetings.

I have some NSU Quicklys. This is the most succesfull moped from the 50's in Germany. If you want i can publish some Fotos of my Quicklys in the forum.
I have 3 different types of Quicklys. At first the Quickly N, than the Quickly F and the modell Quickly Cavallino.
